Location: Long Buckby

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Shift Patterns Available

Wednesday to Saturday 48 hours per week

Thursday to Saturday 36 hours per week

Hours: 6:00am 6:00pm

Overtime available for those who want it.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day operation of a small-scale processing plant. Your duties will include:

Operating and monitoring production machinery

Carrying out hourly quality checks on finished products

Adjusting machine settings using PLC controls and machine interfaces

Assisting with basic maintenance and equipment changeovers

Completing production records and paperwork accurately

Working closely with Quality, Yard and Logistics teams

Loading and unloading materials using a telehandler (full training provided)

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and hygiene

Supporting both indoor production and outdoor yard operations
