We are seeking a Reliability Engineering Manager to lead strategic reliability projects at our busy biscuit manufacturing site. This is a data-driven, hands-on leadership role focused on long-term plant reliability, maintenance planning, and driving continuous improvement across the engineering function.What You'll DoLead and deliver small, strategic projects to improve plant reliabilityDevelop and implement maintenance strategies across the siteManage a team including Day Technicians and a Maintenance PlannerDrive the use of data analysis to inform decisions and improve performanceEmbed and champion CI tools and methodologies (TPM, Kaizen, 5S; Six Sigma desirable)Develop team capability and succession plansFoster a culture of reliability, improvement, and operational excellenceWhat We're Looking For5+ years' leadership experience in engineering.Proven track record in maintenance planning and reliability projectsStrong knowledge of CI / Lean manufacturing principlesComfortable using data and analytics to drive decisionsQualifications: NVQ Level 3 (Mechanical or Electrical) OR HNC/HND or higherIOSH awareness desirable (training provided where needed)Behaviours & FitData-driven and analytical mindsetPassion for continuous improvementHigh energy, proactive, and able to influence cultural changeWhy Join Us?We are a market leading food manufacturer and we're investing in our people, our plant, and our processes to ensure we're fit for the future.
