The Role
As Store Manager, youll take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of your store. Youll have the autonomy to run your business your waydriving sales, leading your team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing store team
Driving sales performance and delivering on key KPIs
Creating an engaging, well-presented, and commercially strong store environment
Managing stock, costs, and operational efficiency
Ensuring high standards of customer service, compliance, and health & safety
Analysing performance and implementing improvements to maximise profitability

Proven experience as a Store Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)
A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
Commercially aware with a strong understanding of driving sales and controlling costs
Passionate about developing teams and delivering great customer experiences
