You'll be responsible for:

• Managing safe, high-quality and compliant delivery, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and strong PMO and Project Controls standards.
• Shaping and implement effective PMO and Project Controls strategies while strengthening service excellence and industry engagement.
• Managing project teams across cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting, supporting long term strategic development.
• Mentoring teams, share best practice, and support resourcing to enable people and projects to excel.
• Managing PMO and Project Controls delivery, ensuring effective frameworks, baseline management and robust governance across assigned commissions.
• Providing expert guidance on cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Managing and developing PMO and Project Controls teams, supporting integration with Planning disciplines.
• Driving compliance, mitigate risks and support net-zero objectives throughout project delivery.

You'll need to have:

• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent) with strong ongoing development.
• Extensive delivery-phase experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes.
• Strong commercial, financial and senior-stakeholder management capability.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability considerations.
