We are now on the search for Graduates and entry-level Recruitment Consultants to join our amazing team!
This role offers a 12-week training academy, where you will receive the support you need to become a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant and start making deals. The ideal candidate will be motivated, a team player, great communicator, capable of managing their own time, and most of all, willing to learn new skills!
What will you do?
Sourcing, qualifying and referencing candidates, liaising confidently with them
Maintain an accurate pipeline of candidates
Develop a good knowledge of your sector
Develop and have a growing base of contacts
Fulfilling client vacancies
Create a smooth and memorable candidate and client journey
Attend networking events, business trips and customer meetings
Negotiate salaries between parties
Push for Top-Biller status
What are we looking for?

Is highly detail conscious, with analytical skills
