Since its inception in the early 1950s, Restaurant Associates has had collaboration at the heart of everything we do. Our founders brought culinary expertise in from our own set of Manhattan’s most famous landmarks including ‘Brasserie’.

Our guest experience training programme which is embedded in our culture is called – ‘SHINE’. This holistic programme has evolved from our award-winning Impressions scheme, to not only deliver first class service for our guests.

We are putting in the work towards our long-term and ongoing goals of reducing our carbon footprint minimising food waste curtailing the impact that our supply chain has on the environment and being transparent about where our ingredients come from.
